Cosori Pro LE 5.0-Quart Air Fryer (CAF-L501-KUS)
The only air fryer sheet in this cluster with a published noise figure, and the only one whose warranty page names a single state
Scored on the published rubric, from documentation, pricing and verified user reports.
Best for: One or two people, or a small family, who want the smallest footprint in this cluster, a published noise ceiling and a 450F setting for under $100.
Verdict
The Cosori Pro LE 5.0-Quart, model CAF-L501-KUS, is the small, quiet, cheap sheet of this air fryer cluster. Cosori prints AC 120V 60Hz, 1500W rated power, 5 qt capacity, a 90F to 450F temperature range, a 1 to 60 minute time range, 10.7 by 10.8 by 11.9 inches, 10 lb, and a two-year limited warranty badge, all on the cosori.com product page read October 21, 2026. It is also the only sheet of the three with a noise figure: Air Whisper Technology, described on the page as noise levels as low as 55dB, and in the page FAQ as under 55dB during operation. This is a documentation review built from that page, its product structured data, the Cosori warranty policy page and the CPSC recall notice; nobody here cooked in the unit. The strong rows are price, footprint, the printed temperature span and the noise claim. The weak rows are the ones that reveal how the page was assembled: the temperature range cell is labelled with two other product types, Turbo Blaze Air Fryer and Pressure Cooker, and the warranty policy page heads its two-year section California Residents Only while the product page badge carries no such limit. The displayed owner score is 3.0 from 8 reviews, the lowest and thinnest in the cluster.

Where it is strong
- $89.99 on the maker's own store, down from $99.99, in stock October 21, 2026
- Smallest footprint here: 10.7 by 10.8 in, about 116 square inches
- Full temperature span printed, 90F to 450F, not just a ceiling
- Time range printed: 1 to 60 minutes
- The only air fryer sheet in this cluster with a noise figure, 55dB
- Two-year limited warranty badge plus a 30-day money-back guarantee
Where it falls short
- The temperature range cell is labelled Turbo Blaze Air Fryer and Pressure Cooker, not Pro LE
- The warranty policy page heads its two-year term California Residents Only
- Smallest capacity here at 5 qt, against 6.5 and 7.6 qt
- No amperage, no wattage peak, no cord length, no preset count published
- No dishwasher-safe statement on the product page
- Owner score of 3.0 from only 8 reviews, and a California Proposition 65 lead warning
What the Cosori Pro LE 5.0-Quart actually is
The Pro LE is a single-drawer countertop air fryer with a tempered glass display angled toward the user, sold by Arovast Corporation under the Cosori brand. Model number CAF-L501-KUS. Three colours: black, white and green.
It is the small one. At 10.7 by 10.8 inches it is the only body in this cluster narrower than a foot, and at 10 lb the lightest.
This is a documentation review. Figures come from the cosori.com product page and its product structured data, the Cosori warranty policy page and the CPSC recall notice, all read October 21, 2026. Nothing here was cooked or measured.
The short version: the cheapest and smallest sheet here, with the most complete dial information and the least complete paperwork.
Who the Cosori Pro LE sheet points at
The published rows describe a small kitchen and a small household.
- One or two people, or a family of three to five by Cosori's own FAQ claim
- A kitchen where 116 square inches of counter is the most that can be given up
- A buyer who wants the low end of the dial printed, 90F, not just the ceiling
- Someone cooking in short bursts, since the timer tops out at 60 minutes
- A buyer who wants a two-year badge and a 30-day money-back window at under $100
- Who should skip it: anyone cooking for five or more, because 5 qt is the smallest basket here
- Who should skip it: anyone outside California who needs the two-year term in writing without a state heading
The rows Cosori prints, and how the cells were assembled
The Product Specs block holds seven rows. Power Supply: AC 120V, 60Hz. Rated Power: 1500W. Capacity: 5 qt. Time Range: 1 to 60 min. Dimensions: 10.7 x 10.8 x 11.9 in / 27.2 x 27.5 x 30.3 cm. Weight: 10 lb / 4.54 kg. Model Number: CAF-L501-KUS.
The eighth row, Temperature Range, is the problem. Its text reads 90 to 450F / 30 to 230C followed by the parenthetical Turbo Blaze Air Fryer, then a second span, 77 to 410F / 25 to 210C, followed by Pressure Cooker.
The Pro LE is neither a Turbo Blaze nor a pressure cooker. We treat the 90F to 450F figure as the Pro LE's span, because the page separately claims a max temperature of 450F, and we flag the cell as copied from another product's table.
Not published on the product page as of October 21, 2026: amperage, wattage peak, cord length, preset count, basket interior dimensions, dishwasher-safe status, basket material and preheat time. The page FAQ confirms the unit includes preset cooking functions without naming or counting them.
Ease of use: what the 4.1 is built from
Ease is scored on the published layout and the published maintenance burden. One drawer, one basket, a glass display angled toward the user, and the smallest body in this cluster.
Cosori prints a clearance requirement, which the other two makers do not: leave 5 inches, 13 cm, of space behind and above the unit. That is a real planning number for a cabinet run.
The page also prints a shaking instruction and an explicit warning not to press the basket release button while shaking. Small details, but they are on the sheet.
The deduction is cleaning. There is no dishwasher-safe statement on the product page, and the Cosori warranty policy excludes damage caused by dishwasher or water unless the user manual expressly states the product is dishwasher safe. Those two facts together mean a buyer has to read the manual before loading the basket.
Features: what the 3.3 is built from
Features are counted from documented settings and documented hardware. Cosori documents a 90F to 450F span, a 1 to 60 minute timer, preset cooking functions without a count, Air Whisper Technology with a 55dB claim, and Rapid Heat Circulation.
Against the cluster the list is mid-sized. The Philips 3000 Series specification table names 16 cooking functions and 12 presets. The Ninja AF181 names six functions and no timer range at all.
There is no app connection row on this product page, no probe, no window and no second zone. The cross-sell block puts the Cosori Iconic 6.5-Quart Smart Air Fryer at $249.00 and the TurboBlaze 6.0-Quart at $119.99 beside it, which is where app control and a larger basket live in the range.
A 3.3 means the dial is well documented and the hardware list is short.
Value: what the 4.2 is built from
Value is displayed price against published rows. $89.99 against a struck $99.99, with the page's product structured data carrying the same $89.99 and schema.org/InStock, priceValidUntil December 31, 2026.
At that figure this is half the $179.99 Ninja asks for the AF181 and the only price in this cluster that is actually published, because Philips prints none on its US product page.
For the $90 difference against the Ninja you give up 1.5 quarts of basket, 250 watts and the amperage row, and you gain a year of warranty, a printed low temperature, a printed timer and a noise claim.
Free shipping applies to all products, per the badge row, and the page lists a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Consumables are not priced on this page, which is reasonable: an air fryer has none.
Support: what the 3.2 is built from
Support is scored on warranty term, return window and how clearly the policy is written. The badge row on the product page reads 2-year limited warranty with no qualifier.
The policy page is where it gets complicated. Effective September 9, 2026, the only duration stated on cosori.com/pages/warranty-policy-cosori sits under the heading Two (2) Year Limited Consumer Product Warranty followed by California Residents Only. No separate term is published for buyers in other states.
The exclusions are standard but worth reading: normal wear parts, products bought from unauthorized dealers or sellers, commercial or rental use, unauthorized repair, and water or dishwasher damage unless the manual says dishwasher safe. Registration at warranty.cosori.com is offered and explicitly not required.
A second row belongs here. The CPSC notice of February 23, 2023 recalled about 2 million Cosori air fryers over a wire connection that could overheat, across 21 model numbers in 3.7 and 5.8 qt sizes.
CAF-L501-KUS is not on that list. One owner review on this product page describes receiving a 5-quart unit as a recall replacement for a 5.8-quart one.
What the published owner score says, and does not say
The product page displayed 3.0 from 8 reviews on October 21, 2026. That is the lowest average and the smallest sample in this cluster, against 4.7 from 581 on the Ninja page and 4.81 from 129 in the Philips product data.
Eight reviews is not a sample. We print it because it is published and rank on it lightly.
We do not import retailer star ratings into the table. The one review visible on the page that touches a spec is the recall-replacement complaint above, about receiving a smaller unit than the one surrendered. That is a service observation, not a specification.
The page also carries a California Proposition 65 warning stating the product can expose you to chemicals including lead. That is a disclosure required by state law, printed by the maker, and it belongs in the table rather than in a footnote.
Limits stated by the vendor
Cosori states the oil claim as up to 85% less oil than a traditional deep fryer, twice on the page, with no test method given. Read it as a comparison with deep frying, not with other air fryers.
The 55dB figure appears as as low as 55dB in the feature block and as under 55dB during operation in the FAQ. The two phrasings are not the same claim, and neither names a mode or a distance.
The temperature cell, as covered above, is labelled with two other product types. We flag it rather than reprint it clean.
The warranty applies only to units bought from Arovast or its authorized dealers, and Arovast states that products from unauthorized sellers may be counterfeit, used or not designed for the buyer's country.
How this sheet is graded, and where to see the same rubric
Air fryers are new on Specs Duel, so there is no second air fryer sheet linked from this page yet. The method is the one every table here uses, and the clusters that are already complete show it best.
The closest relative on this site is the Levoit Core 300S sheet: a different appliance, the same parent group and the same two-year limited warranty plus 30-day money-back pairing. Its power row is 23 W against this unit's 1500W, which is the whole difference between moving air and heating it.
For a warranty that is printed at two different lengths in two different places, read the Blueair Blue Pure 311i Max sheet, then the Coway Airmega Mighty sheet and the Levoit against Coway duel, where the same three-row problem decides the winner. The ranked version is the air purifier shortlist by room size.
For how we handle a maker's in-house headline number, which is what an 85% less oil claim is, read the Dreame L40 Ultra Gen 2 sheet and the mid-range robot vacuum shortlist. Every purifier sheet sits on the Air Purifiers topic page.
Bottom line
The Cosori Pro LE 5.0-Quart publishes AC 120V 60Hz, 1500W, 5 qt, 90F to 450F, a 1 to 60 minute timer, 10.7 by 10.8 by 11.9 inches, 10 lb, a 5 inch clearance requirement, a 55dB noise claim, a two-year warranty badge and a 30-day money-back window, per cosori.com read October 21, 2026.
It does not publish amperage, wattage peak, cord length, preset count or dishwasher-safe status, its temperature cell is labelled with two other products, and the two-year term on the policy page is headed California Residents Only.
On our rubric it scores 3.7 overall. At $89.99 it is the value pick of this cluster and the right size for a small kitchen. The paperwork is the part to read twice.
